What we collect on the inquiry form

• Contact details you enter (name, email, phone if you provide it, company): used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, to send owner resources.
• Property details (type, location, unit count, address if provided): used to prepare our response and check fit.
• Your permission to contact you is recorded separately from any marketing opt-in. Marketing emails are optional and off by default.

Technical data

When you submit the form, we record the page you came from, the timestamp, and campaign parameters (such as UTM values) so we can understand which outreach brought you here. This technical record does not include your form content.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, share it with other property management companies, or use your inquiry data for advertising profiles. Your inquiry goes only to the Ecco Living team.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are retained while we work with you or until you ask us to delete them. You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting the team through the same channel you used to reach us.

Cookies

This site sets one session cookie only when a staff member signs into the private workspace. Public visitors receive no tracking cookies from this site.
