Inquiries
Submitting the inquiry form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. We respond as staffing allows and may decline a property outside our target scope; we will say so rather than stay silent.
Proposals and calculators
Proposals are offers in draft until both parties sign an agreement. Any building calculations shown are scenario estimates based on assumptions you provide or we label; they are not audited projections.
