How a transition runs

What switching actually involves

Review the existing agreement. Term, notice, fees, and what transfers. We look at this before anything else.
Plan the handover. A written checklist of records, deposits, keys, systems access, and dates agreed with you.
Collect records. Ledgers, leases, vendor contracts, warranties, and maintenance history.
Communicate with residents. Clear notice, new payment and contact details, and where to get help.
Coordinate systems and vendors. Access control, utilities, and standing vendor arrangements transfer or reset as needed.

Transition timelines depend on your current agreement and building specifics. We put a plan in writing after reviewing them.
