Text (323) 310-0935 to ask about available rooms and apartments, prices, tours and applications, or, if you are an Ecco Living resident, to report a maintenance issue. Lola, our virtual leasing assistant, replies to your messages.
How you opt in
You can opt in two ways:
- Text us first at (323) 310-0935.
- Use the form on our Contact page: enter your mobile number and tick the box that says “Yes, text me at this number about my inquiry.” The box is never pre-ticked and is optional. If you leave it unticked we reply by email or phone instead. After you submit the form with the box ticked, Lola sends you one confirmation text.
We only text you about the inquiry you started, and in reply to your messages. We do not send marketing texts. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of renting from us.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Help and opt-out
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at join@eccoliving.co or (310) 241-3547.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you text us again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
